About the Role
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Assist heavy equipment operators, CDL drivers, and skilled tradespeople as needed. Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and site organization. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders. Assist with site setup, including fencing, signage, and traffic control. Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA guidelines. Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as random drug tests.
